imageThank you for visiting my site. I am a qualified Karuna Yoga teacher and Sound Healing Therapist. I trained with Ruth White in 2002 for 2 years . The style of yoga I teach was originally inspired by the work of B.K.S Iyengar. It is an approach to the yoga practice with emphasis on alignment of the spine and balance, strength and flexibility of the mind and body. I have had 25 years experience in holistic therapies and have developed a therapeutic approach to my yoga teaching. My main goal is to give my students a more positive and healthy outlook on life and to adopt a less stressful state of mind, body and spirit.

"It is through the alignment of the body that you discover the alignment of my mind, self and intelligence" B.K.S IYENGAR
