Thank you for visiting my site. I am a qualified Karuna Yoga teacher and Sound Healing Therapist.

I trained with Ruth White in 2002 for 2 years . It is an approach to the yoga practice with emphasis on alignment of the spine and balance, strength and flexibility of the mind and body.

I have had over 30 years experience in holistic therapies and have developed a therapeutic approach to my yoga teaching.

My main goal is to give my students a more positive and healthy outlook on life and to adopt a less stressful state of mind, body and spirit.
