The transfer from the Airport in Spain to your destination will be arranged for you upon request .

This can be organized for you, once you have booked the Retreat and your flight.
The Almeria yoga venue is in a peaceful, isolated location, but within walking distance of the lovely traditional local village, which can be seen across the valley at the foot of the spectacular mountain backdrop. It is only half an hour from Almeria airport, served by Easyjet, Thomas Cook, Iberia and Ryanair.

The Almeria yoga venue is on the edge of one of Europe’s most remote and beautiful natural parks, the Cabo de Gata, one of the last unspoiled stretches of Spanish coastline. It’s an amazing landscape of perfect half-moon bays, hidden coves, bizarre volcanic rock formations, and spectacular flora and fauna – a wonderful wild coastline, which you will have seen more times than you think as the backdrop in many films including Indiana Jones, Lawrence of Arabia, and Sergio Leone’s famous spaghetti westerns!
PAYMENT DETAILS:
Payment consists of £150.00 non-refundable deposit for weekend retreats and £200.00 non-refundable deposits for week retreats. Balance to be paid ten (10) weeks before departure. Payment to be made by BACS or cash. Once payment is received, a confirmation will be sent to you by email, along with a receipt.
1.On Receipt of your Booking Form and Deposit, we will accept your booking subject to the Terms and Conditions herein.
2. The contract for the ground arrangement of this holiday retreat is with R Potter Yoga.
The contract for the flights is with an ATOL LICENSED AGENT of your choice. It is your responsibility to book your flight.
The transfer from and to the airport is also your responsibility.
3. Payment: A deposit of £150 per person (weekend) and £200 per person (1 week) is requested to confirm a booking and all deposits are non-refundable.
4. The full amount is due if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Payment is due by cash or bank transfer to R Potter Yoga.
5.Travel Insurance is compulsory. On the booking form we require the name of your insurance company and policy number.
Your policy must fully cover you in case of illness or accident and for repatriation. You must also be covered for emergency medical and travel expenses in all destinations.
We strongly advise you to ensure that your insurance covers any flight cancellation costs.
6. Whilst it is unlikely that we shall have to make changes to this holiday/retreat, we reserve
the right to do so at any time. We shall inform you if this is necessary and we shall provide alternative services of equal or superior quality,or, if changes are significant, you may cancel and receive a refund of the monies paid to R Potter Yoga(less any deposit paid).
7. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the holiday/retreat, we shall in the first instance offer an alternative retreat. If no suitable alternative is available we will refund all the costs related to the holiday/retreat paid to R Potter Yoga less any deposit paid.
8. Complaints: In the event of any serious complaint, please inform us immediately.
We will give you such a reasonable help as we can in resolving it straight away. If you still have a complaint after returning home you should contact R Potter Yoga immediately and not later than 28 days of returning home.
9.Whoever signs the booking form does so on behalf of their whole party.
10.If you do decide to cancel your holiday/retreat you must do so in writing. If you are prevented from travelling, and have paid in full, you may transfer your booking to another person who satisfies all conditions,providing you give us notice of the request at least 21 days before departure. Otherwise we shall retain as much of the monies paid as is needed to cover our reasonable costs and losses caused by your withdrawal.
