Florence House offers a peaceful & tranquil atmosphere making this a perfect environment for Yoga, Relaxation and the Sound circle meditation . A comfortable house set within 5 Acres of gardens & grounds, just a 5-minute walk away from miles of stunning costal cliff walks towards Seven Sister Country Park. There is a lot of space to chill out and relax or indulge oneself with one of the Destress Massages available. A chose of many local uplifting walks along the costal cliffs or a stroll along Seaford Beach Front. The Retreat offers a Yurt for practising the Meditation & Pranayama sessions by candle light & heated by a wood burner and a warm and bright Yoga practise space inside the house, which looks on to Florence houses private gardens.

All meals are Vegan, organic, home-grown and freshly homemade.
The meals are Nutrional, balanced and well thought out to suit your yoga programme and aid the detoxification process.

Florence House offers comfortable accommodation and every room has plenty of character.
This retreat offers a supportive space for you to have time for reflection, to unwind and deeply relax.

Payment consists of £150.00 non-refunable deposit. Balance to be paid eight (8) weeks before departure. Payment to be made by cheque or cash. Payment of upgrades (single supplements, extra nightsetc) is due with the balance. Once payment is received, a confirmation will be sent to you by email, along with a receipt. Cheques made payable to "R. Potter Yoga". Please send to the postal address at the top ofthe form.

1.On receipt of your booking form and deposit we will accept your booking subject to the
terms and conditions herein.
2. The contract for the ground arrangement of this holiday retreat is with R Potter Yoga.
The contract for the flights is with an ATOL LICENSED AGENT of your choice. It is your responsibility to book your flight.
The transfer from and to the airport is also your responsibility.
3.Payment: A deposit of £150 per person is requested to confirm a booking and all deposits are non-refundable.
4. The full amount is due if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Payment is due by cash or bank transfer to R Potter Yoga.
5.Travel Insurance is compulsory. On the booking form we require the name of your insurance company and policy number.
Your policy must fully cover you in case of illness or accident and for repatriation. You must also be covered for emergency medical and travel expenses in Greece.
We strongly advise you to ensure that your insurance covers any flight cancellation costs.
6. Whilst it is unlikely that we shall have to make changes to this holiday/retreat, we reserve
the right to do so at any time. We shall inform you if this is necessary and we shall provide alternative services of equal or superior quality,or, if changes are significant, you may cancel and receive a refund of the monies paid to R Potter Yoga(less any deposit paid).
7. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the holiday/retreat, we shall in the first instance offer an alternative retreat. If no suitable alternative is available we will refund all the costs related to the holiday/retreat paid to R Potter Yoga less any deposit paid.
8. Complaints: In the event of any serious complaint, please inform us immediately.
We will give you such a reasonable help as we can in resolving it straight away. If you still have a complaint after returning home you should contact R Potter Yoga immediately and not later than 28 days of returning home.
9.Whoever signs the booking form does so on behalf of their whole party.
10.If you do decide to cancel your holiday/retreat you must do so in writing. If you are prevented from travelling, and have paid in full, you may transfer your booking to another person who satisfies all conditions,providing you give us notice of the request at least 21 days before departure. Otherwise we shall retain as much of the monies paid as is needed to cover our reasonable costs and losses caused by your withdrawal.
